Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HalalBiz.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Use of Service

You agree to use HalalBiz.ca only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate HalalBiz.ca or another user
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service
• Use any automated system to access the service

Product Information and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including product price, mosque donation, processing fee, and shipping.

Mosque Donations

10% of each product's price is donated to the mosque you select during checkout. Donations are processed monthly and sent directly to partner mosques. You acknowledge that donations are non-refundable, even if you return the product.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Food items and personal care products cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HalalBiz.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
