Food: Spicy chicken with dip is excellent. Fried chicken is crispy and flavorful, sides are good. Affordable and quick.

👎 Areas for improvement

Service: Slow, even when not busy. Cashier not helpful. Food: Chicken is often not good, tastes off, greasy, bland, dry, and salty. Fries are soggy. Portions are small, especially for the price. Blood residue in chicken is a concern. Price hike is unacceptable for the quality.
