Food: Incredible, delicious, flavorful Uyghur cuisine. Lamb skewers are the best. Quruq qorima noodles are amazing. Manta are big and juicy. Polo, Lengmen, and Lamp Kawap are all good. Goshnan is overflowing with lamb juices. Service: Lovely, friendly staff (especially Anita and Mudan). Atmosphere: Cozy, beautiful ambiance.
