We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Email us at returns@halalbiz.ca with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Include the reason for your return to help us improve our service.
We'll review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1-2 business days. Print the label and attach it to your package.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at any Canada Post location. Keep your receipt as proof of return shipment.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
You'll receive a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
The 10% mosque donation is non-refundable, even if you return the product. This ensures that mosques can rely on consistent support from our community.
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned with signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition. We'll notify you before processing a partial refund.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you get the item you need as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.
